This amazing program consists of:

  • 6 weeks of one to one sessions with Julie Holl (usually one per week) which is either exercise based or massage therapy based, to help you connect with your core, and pelvic floor
  • 6 weeks of online videos and tutorials guiding you through breathing, pelvic floor and core work, mobilisers and stretches and workouts. As well as nutrition information to support your amazing body.
  • All the kit you need for the course (ball, massage balls, exercises bands and information booklet)
