THE HOLISTIC CORE RESTORE® C-SECTION PROGRAM

The Holistic Core Restore® C-Section program is designed to help women re-connect with their core, to help improve movement and function following major surgery (including C-Section) and help reduce scar pain and ‘dragging’ feelings caused by ‘stuck’ scar tissue.

 

Whats Included in the Holistic Core Restore® C-Section Program?

  • Five one to one bespoke sessions to help you connect with your core, and pelvic floor
  • One Scar Therapy Treatment to relive the scar from adhesions, dragging and scar tissue
  • All the kit you need to complete the sessions both in person and at home
  • Access to the Holistic Core Restore® Members area where you’ll find videos to support your journey from weeks 1-6

 

During your four one to one sessions with Julie she will do a thorough health screen; assessing your breathing, posture, movement and nutrition. She gets ‘hands on’. Using soft tissue therapy and other massage techniques, she will get to work on you! By the end of the 6 sessions (usually one per week) you will have the tools to self massage, do correct exercises and movements to continue to improve your core and pelvic floor and you will have the knowledge to eat for you to ‘heal from within’.

 

Who is Holistic Core Restore® C-Section Program for?

This recovery program is written specifically for women who have had a c-section or major abdominal surgery. This program can be started at any stage after 12 weeks post surgery.
