ALL ABOUT IN PERSON HOT STRENGTH FITNESS CLASSES FOR WOMEN WITH JULIE

This face-to-face class is designed for women who want to protect their future health.

Using dumb bells, bar bells, body weight, kettle bells, battle ropes, agility equipment, exercise bands and a whole lot more, you will experience the most productive, most effective workout to improve your health, not just for NOW but your FUTURE health too.

 

What is this fitness class for?

The class aim is to:

  • Increase muscular strength
  • Increase bone mineral density (to delay the onset of osteoporosis)
  • Improve brain function and co-ordination
  • Improve joint mobility and to improve flexibility
  • Improve their long term heart health
  • Have fun with like minded women!

This class is perfect for women who:

  • want to fall in love with exercise again
  • want to feel like they’ve had the most productive workout
  • are short on time but still want to exercise effectively

When and where does the Absolute Hot Strength class take place?

With this package you will get:

  • One FACE TO FACE class on Mondays at 7pm at Ravensden Village Hall
  • One live ONLINE class on Wednesdays 7pm
  • One FACE TO FACE class on Thursdays at 9.30am at Julie’s Well-Being Studio in Begwary, Beds
  • Access to the Hot Strength Members area with HIIT sessions, core sessions, flexibility, strength work and relaxation videos
