This is a BESPOKE programme with Julie that starts with a hands-on detailed assessment, and then a program that focuses on giving you soft-tissue and massage therapy and clear direction on healing nutrition, clear instructions on helpful and non-helpful lifestyle choices and most importantly a safe, ’functional’ and modern movement and exercise program that will help you heal your Diastasis, improve your Core function and guarantee you a better looking belly and a Pelvic Floor that does its job.

 

What’s included in the Holistic Core Restore® Diastasis Recti Healing Program?

  • Six one to one bespoke sessions to help you connect with your core, and pelvic floor. These sessions will be a combination of exercise, stretching, soft tissue therapy, massage and kinesiotaping
  • All the kit you need to complete the sessions both in person and at home
  • Access to the Holistic Core Restore® Members area where you’ll find videos to support your journey from weeks 1-6.

Who is this program for?

Diastasis Recti mostly effects post natal women. This program is suitable for women at any stage of their post natal journey from 6 weeks post vaginal delivery or 12 weeks post c-section delivery.

There is no ‘time limit’ per se on how many years post natal you are. You may be 10 years post natal and still have a diastasis recti. Julie can help with that!
