Join Julie for 90 minutes of stretching, releasing and relaxing.
Using yoga, pilates and myofascial release techniques you will find ways to stretch your body, massage your muscles and release tension that causes aches and pains.
We’ll be using stretchy bands, massage balls, foam rollers and our hands to find trigger points and tender spots in the body to slow melt away the tightness. You’ll leave the workshop feeling a few inches taller and with less aches and tight bits!
Taking care of your body is an act of self-love, and incorporating stretching, myofascial release, and self-massage into your routine can be a wonderful way to show yourself kindness and care.
Stretching helps improve flexibility and promotes relaxation, while myofascial release gently targets tight areas, easing tension and enhancing mobility. Self-massage allows you to connect with your body, soothing tired muscles and offering a moment of peace and rejuvenation.
Absolutely no experience required to get the full benefit of this session.
